The Landings is a private condominium association of 56 lakefront condominium homes located on the southeast shore of Lake Charlevoix in Boyne City, MI. The association property faces W-SW across the lake and benefits from full sunshine throughout the day and spectacular sunsets in the evening.
The Landings property has a large in-ground pool and pool deck, open grassy areas, a shallow inlet for mooring of PWC’s and small watercraft and a 56 slip marina that can accommodate watercraft up to 25 feet LOA. The property is meticulously maintained year-round by a professional property manager and staff.
Lake Charlevoix is Michigan’s third largest inland lake with over 17,200 acres of surface area, 56 miles of shoreline and is 13.2 miles long. The water is clear and fresh and popular for fishing and water sports. The lake is anchored on the east by Boyne City, on the south arm by East Jordan and on the northwest by Charlevoix through which there is easy transit to Lake Michigan.

Boyne City is not just a summer destination and offers year-round activities such as mountain biking, zip-lining, bicycling, cross-country skiing and downhill skiing at local resorts.
